MUST HAVE ATTRIBUTES:
Administrative experience – diary management, correspondence, communication, security
Computer skills – Microsoft packages – data processing, mail merging, cloud filing – (an in-tray exercise to be undertaken during interview)
Typing ability with accuracy and speed – (an in-tray exercise to be undertaken during interview)
Minimum education standard – 5 x GCSE A to C (please state pass grade) – including English Language. Qualifications to be evidenced at interview.
An excellent command of the English language
A working knowledge of ICT in business
A meticulous approach to detail
The ability to be a team player
To have compassion and understanding for others
The wish to work in an environment that ‘makes a difference’
A sense of Humour.
Hours: 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 15 hours a week. Rate of pay: £10 per hour.
