Fairfield House
Fambridge Road, MaldonFairfield House is the head office of Maldon Housing Association; Built in 1985 Fairfield House was renovated to a very high standard in 2005. Situated close to Maldon Town Centre it is an ideal and very convenient location.

Berridge House
Mill Road, MaldonBerridge House is the largest of our properties with a total of 20 flats. Situated on Mill Road directly opposite the Promenade Park it is a lovely location in which to make your home. It is also only a short walk to the local shops on the Maldon High Street.

Deed House
London Road, MaldonDeed House is located on London Road with easy access to the High Street and travel links with a bus stop only 200 yards away. The renovation to Deed House was carried out in 1973 and since then has been further adapted, most recently in 2005.
